How long do I have to return my Little Jellies item(s)?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of original dispatch date for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for returns unless the item is deemed faulty.  

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at hello@littlejellies.com.au and we will process your request as soon as possible and send you details as to next steps.

What can I return/exchange?

All returns must be unworn & unwashed. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. For hygienic reasons we will reject returns that show signs of wear.

Items must be returned with all garment tags must still be attached and neatly inside the original packaging and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged. 

What happens next?

We will receive your parcel and process your refund or exchange. If you are exchanging your Little Jellies you will be charged $9 to cover the cost of shipping your return parcel. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account that made the initial payment. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Who pays for the return/exchange?

If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, you pay for the postage back to us.

Refunding purchases made using Gift Vouchers

For item(s) paid by both gift voucher and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your gift voucher as store credit.
