Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

We now ship worldwide.

For international orders, please visit the checkout and shipping will be automatically calculated for you.

We ship our domestic and international parcels with Australia Post. Depending on your location in the world, you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from Australia.

How much does shipping cost and when will it arrive?

For our domestic and international orders we offer standard post and express post options. All orders are dispatched within one business day of it being placed. All of our parcels are tracked.

We strive to provide accurate and prompt delivery of all our orders.  However please note that the delivery times we offer are estimates only.     

Domestic - Standard Post

Within Victoria, please allow 2-3 working days to arrive. For the rest of Australia please allow 5 to 7 working days. For orders under $99, standard post is fixed at $5. For orders above $99, it is free.

Domestic - Express Post

Please allow 1 to 2 working days to arrive.  If you are in WA, please allow up to 3 business days. For orders $150 and over, express shipping is free. For all other orders, express shipping is fixed at $10.  

International Orders

For international orders, please visit the checkout and shipping will be automatically calculated for you.

Depending on your location in the world, you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from Australia.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We ship daily Monday to Saturday. Your order will be dispatched within one business day of it being placed. Once it is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

You will be emailed a copy of the Australia Post tracking details once your order has been dispatched.  Once your parcel has left our hands, we are unable to amend the delivery address.
